About the Journal

Aim and Scope: Indonesian Journal of Management Research is a peer-reviewed academic journal that aims to publish original research articles and reviews in the field of management science. The journal covers various aspects of management science, including but not limited to management theories, management practices, human resource management, organizational behavior, strategic management, marketing management, operations management, and financial management.

The journal aims to provide a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate and exchange knowledge and ideas on the latest research and developments in the field of management science. The journal welcomes articles that employ various research methodologies, including empirical studies, theoretical studies, case studies, and literature reviews.

The journal accepts articles written in English and adheres to the highest standards of ethical and academic integrity. The journal does not accept articles that have been previously published or are under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Publication Frequency: The Indonesian Journal of Management Science is published biannually (twice a year) in electronic format.

Indexing: The journal is indexed in major academic databases, including but not limited to Google Scholar, Crossref, Scopus, and Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
